This calorie burn can help with total energy use, but it’s usually not enough to help you lose a lot of weight unless you also do other things that burn calories and eat well.

But regular sexual action can be a part of a healthy living that also includes a balanced diet and regular physical exercise. Both of these are important for managing weight. Additionally, the psychological and physical advantages of sexual exercise, like better happiness and less stress, can indirectly improve general health and may even help with weight loss efforts.

In the end, daily physical exercise may be a good part of living a healthy life, but it probably won’t be the main reason you lose a lot of weight. To control your weight, you need to work on a number of things, such as getting regular exercise, eating well, getting enough sleep, and dealing with stress.
