The front lid can be opened or the lower door of your printer, and then take the cartridges out of the printer. Then, look for foreign items inside the printer, such as paper clips or other pieces. If you have found some piece of paper or clip, remove it. Then, put the cartridges back within the printer. Close the lid, and then look for any error messages in the display.
