If you want to replace a faulty drum printer unit then you must follow these steps:-
1. First unscrew the screws from the cap from the correct side of the cartridge.
2. Then you must take the cap off.
3. Now carefully remove both sides of the cartridge unit.
4. Then lift the drum from one side and then take it out.
5. Now unbox your brand new printer drum unit and install it in the same way.
