I am often told by people that healthy food tastes horrible. It’s not surprising, since I used to believe the same thing.

A reader made a comment on a website that I freelance last week and it reminded me how much I don’t like healthy food. She complained that the recipe was bad and that she was trying to lose weight. It had to be comparable or better to Texas food. Although the title might have been misleading, I cannot control the fact the editors named these recipes.
